post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company /
postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of
purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of
registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be),
the same is not refundable.

1. If the order is lost or undelivered to the customer’s preferred location, the complete order amount will be refunded, including the convenience fee, if paid online.
2. If a customer cancels or returns an order, Convenience Fee will not be refunded.
3. In case of partial or full order return, convenience fee will be non-refundable irrespective of order value*
4. Order value is calculated after applying discounts/GST or any other applicable charges.
What is Morezon’s Fair Usage Policy.

These accounts typically return more items compared to an average user or frequently choose to not accept their shipments. Morezon reserves the rights to levy convenience fee on customers whose return rates are higher than average and are not adhering to the liberal returns service.
Why am I seeing the convenience fee.
Convenience fee is a charge levied by Morezon, for the services rendered by Morezon on the platform . As an Insider, you continue to enjoy free shipping benefits without any minimum order value limits.
However, a convenience fee is charged to all customers by Morezon for providing technical expertise, brand aggregation, and post sales support. The fees help mitigate various costs incurred by the platform and ensure smooth running and efficient customer service.
How are orders placed on Morezon delivered to me.
All orders placed on Morezon are dispatched through Ecom-express courier service etc.
I have received a partial item, partial order.
Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 3 days of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained.
